Exposition
Foundation of exposition is Paleontological and geological exposition in first floor. Demonstration of possible occurrence of fossils or model of ontogenetic development of trilobite Sao hirsuta, which made Skryje famous worldwide are an attractions here.
The personal devices of J. Barrande will also interest you. In ground floor in 2011 was created small exposition TÝŘOV KNOW AND UNKNOWN. Ruin of this unique castle from 13th century is located on the bedrock above the river Berounka approximately 3 km northeast from Skryje.
Part of the building is also a section devoted to a country life at the turn of 19th and 20th century in Skryje and its surroundings, which is documented by photographies of local folk cultural architecture and a room modifed as a kitchen as our grandmothers and great grandmothers remember.
