Scout Jaroslav Franěk
Jaroslav Franěk was born 8th October 1897 in Nezabudice. During world war I he joined the Czechoslovak legions in Russia and together with them the long journey around the world bact to their homeland. After his return home he built the famous restaurant Scout few kilometers from Nezabudice near the river Berounka, which became popular tourist destination in the times of first republic. In this times the restaurant was visited also by family of Ota Pavel. Jaroslav Franěk was actively involved in the anit-Nazi resistance and he was executed by Nazis on 1st July 1943.
